Company History

New & Neville Real Estate Services was founded in February of 1990.  In January 1993, Steven J. Neville joined N&NRES after five years with Trammell Crow Company, in September 1997, Jim Flynn joined the company following twenty years handling site acquisitions in the northwest for Payless Drug Stores and finally in September 2005, Natalie Butler joined us as an associate broker.  Together, we have developed New & Neville Real Estate Services into a business providing expertise in all aspects of retail real estate including property acquisition and disposition; pad, shop space and anchor tenant leasing; financing and project design consultation.

New & Neville Real Estate Services assists property owners, asset and property managers and retailers in moving projects from the conceptual stage to the successful grand opening.  To date, assignments have ranged from determining the highest and best use for clients' surplus properties to designing and implementing statewide market penetration plans for national retailers.  The partners’ experience enables them to advise clients on such diverse issues as land use regulations, financial structuring of leases, contract documentation and construction coordination.  While New & Neville Real Estate Services does not replace a property owner's/tenant’s technical, legal and financial consultants, the company goes beyond the typical real estate brokers role to work on its client's behalf to coordinate the various components of a transaction.
