Nyberg Woods is a 213,000 square foot center developed by CenterCal Properties and anchored by Best Buy, PetSmart, Office Max, Old Navy and Golf Smith. Located at the Nyberg (Tualatin/Sherwood) interchange on Interstate-5, Nyberg Woods opened in Fall 2007. New & Neville Real Estate Services joined the project team at the design stage and provided anchor, shop space and pad leasing for CenterCal Properties. Nyberg Woods was 90% pre-leased upon start of construction and 99% leased prior to opening.

 

Bridgeport Village is a 420,000 square foot life style center developed by CenterCal Properties and anchored by Borders Books and Music, Crate and Barrel and Regal Cinema. New & Neville Real Estate Services represented Washington County in the land sale to the joint venture partners CenterCal Properties and Opus Developments and completed much of the leasing of the project including Borders Books and Music, Carl Greve Jewelers, Mario’s, Eileen Fisher, Nau, Exit and Under U For Men.

 

Cascade Village is a 410,000 square foot redevelopment in Bend Oregon developed by Sima Corporation and anchored by Best Buy, PetSmart and Bed Bath & Beyond. New & Neville Real Estate Services assisted the property owners with predevelopment consulting to create a redevelopment and leasing plan. Since obtaining entitlements, New & Neville Real Estate Services has directed the anchor, tenant and shop space leasing for the project.
