Mark A. New

Mark New founded New Real Estate Services in February of 1990 following eight years with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate in Portland. Mr. New has over 30 years of experience in the Portland commercial real estate market. Mr. New’s main responsibilities include the sale and leasing of commercial retail real estate and overseeing company operations.

Mr. New is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), holds a Real Estate License in the states of Oregon and Washington, and is on the board of directors of X Team International.

Mr. New currently serves on the board of MBank (Merchants Bancorp), Habitat for Humanity Portland/Metro East, Portland Mall Management, Inc., the Multnomah Athletic Foundation, and Friends of the Mounted Patrol.

Steven J. Neville

Steven J. Neville joined New & Neville Real Estate Services in 1993 after five years with Trammell Crow Company and six years with Bank of American in Los Angeles. Mr. Neville’s main responsibilities include the sale and leasing of commercial retail real estate.

Mr. Neville is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds a Real Estate License in the State of Oregon.

James A. Flynn

Jim Flynn joined New & Neville Real Estate Services following twenty years handling site acquisition in the Northwest for Payless Drug Stores.

Mr. Flynn is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Sports Car Club of America and holds a Real Estate License in the states of Oregon and Washington.

Natalie Butler

Natalie Butler joined New & Neville Real Estate Services as an associate broker in 2005 after one year with US Bank in the Commercial Loan department.

Ms. Butler is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW), X Next Team (Division of X Team International), Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity, and holds a Real Estate License in the State of Oregon.

Austin Cain

Austin Cain joined New & Neville Real Estate Services as an associate broker in 2012. Austin has ten years of experience in retail leasing and representation of buyers and sellers of commercial properties. He works with tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers for the purpose of retail leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions, successfully closing $10 to $50 million in real estate transactions per year.

Mr. Cain is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), X Next Team (Division of X Team International), and holds a Real Estate License in the State of Oregon, having achieved principal broker status in May 2007.
